This June 21, we invite you to celebrate Father's Day the La Danesa way: slowly.
At the center of the table will be a cerdo a la Barbosa, cooked patiently over hours until it reaches that perfect balance of tenderness and flavor. Seasonal accompaniments and a cebiche prepared in true La Danesa style complete a brunch designed to be generous, comforting, and meant for sharing.
There will be Hugo Spritzes poured between conversations and a carefully curated playlist setting the rhythm of the afternoon—the kind of music that makes it difficult to leave your seat and impossible not to order another round.
And while the adults settle into long lunches and even longer conversations, the children will have celebrations of their own. Chocolate making, milking, and some of our favorite farm experiences will ensure that they, too, create memories to carry home.
